Welcome first year students!  My name is Kevin Yamamoto and I will be your computer lab teacher here at Sts. Felicitas & Perpetua Catholic School.

First and foremost, I am excited to be teaching here at Sts. Felicitas & Perpetua Catholic School.  Our principal, Mrs. Aparicio, staff members, supportive teachers, and all the great students have made me feel quite at home.  I am looking forward to a rewarding and fantastic year in not only getting to know the students but also being able to teach them what I know.

Curriculum Goals:  In keeping with our computer curriculum goals from previous years, our kindergarten students will be taught the simple components of the computer and will work with the software program, Super Phonics.  They are expected to focus on their learning of phonics during the computer lab sessions.  I will be conducting this class and every so often, I will be giving progress reports on each student to Ms. O’Neill to show how they are progressing in the computer lab.  Their progress on computers will be incorporated into the normal kindergarten curriculum.

Computer Programs:  Super Phonics, levels 1 – 2
